Look Before You Leap

 Our exclusive Look Before You Leap package is designed to help minimize the cost of our client’s projects without compromising the quality of our services. The service includes a one-hour on-site consultation. During the appointment our design associate will take measurements and photographs to help them accurately recreate your space in digital format. This is called an "as-built" plan and is essential to the design process as well as the efficiency of any necessary structural engineering. During this consultation your associate designer will discuss your goals with you so they can produce a model of the proposed design. Within 10 business days from your appointment your design associate will contact you for a 30 minute follow up consultation during which time you will be asked to "red-line" the proposed plans with any revisions. Views of the existing and final proposed model will be delivered to you in pdf format within 10 days of your second consultation. Additional revisions are available for an additional charge.
